Ordering with Open Gift is simple. Just select the product, or products, that you’d like to order and click on the ‘add to cart’ button for each. This is done one product at a time, so you can either head to the shopping cart once you’ve finished shopping, or click on the ‘continue shopping’ option so you can go and browse for more.

If you’re a first time user of the site, you will need to set up an account. This is only done once and each time thereafter that you come back to the shop, you can simply login to complete future purposes.
Payment is made at the time of processing your total order and payment is required before we can ship your goods. If you are wanting to order bulk copies of any product as part of an organization, please see our Bulk Orders section, where we can discuss quantities and potential discounts.
All orders are shipped with tracking intact. At this point we are not sharing this tracking number with our customers, but we are working on a system where your tracking number will be uploaded to your account so you can self-manage the tracking of your order.
If your product is damaged, we will organise a replacement. Please use the contact form on our website to advise us.
A wide range of our products come with the potential to be branded with your organisation’s name. Whether you are interested in bulk orders as gifts for donors or members, or for staff and you want your logo added, please contact us and we can personally discuss your needs.
Bulk orders on our products are available and may come with lower pricing. If your organisation is interested in ordering larger quantities of any of our products, please contact us first.
